All assignments with R.A.S.I. are handled with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Divorces can be contentious. Our staff is experienced and trained to deliver the report ONLY to our client and to discuss the appraisal ONLY with our client or their designee. Should the appraiser be required to testify at trial, even under a subpoena, the hourly rate is $100.00 with a two hour minimum and any increment after the hour counted as a whole hour.
